Byno said he didn’t want the money – Kiss Daniel voice’s out

A fast rising act, Byno, yesterday took to Instagram to rant about how ‘Woju‘ singer, Kiss Daniel and his record label have refused to pay him the $3k he won at the end of the #WojuContest in February 2015.





According to Byno, since he won the contest he’s made several efforts to reach Kiss Daniel and his team to claim his prize but all have ended in futility. Byno’s manager further confirmed to NET that Kiss Daniel had gone ahead to delete the post that pronounced Byno the winner of the competition.
NET reached to Kiss Daniel’s camp and his manager, Louisa Williams responded by saying: ‘As regards the Woju Competition, when Byno was announced the winner, he came to us begging that he doesn’t want the
money, rather he wants us to sign him because he doesn’t have a record label. At that time we explained to him that we aren’t signing new acts because we had just signed a new act
‘Sugarboy’ that we are planning to launch and he was fine with it. So we are really surprised at his rants.’
